ORZHOM consulting is an agency specializing in the fields of land use planning, transport planning and urban planning. Founded in 2012 by Yann Martineau, ORYZHOM in particular develops its activities around 5 key areas of expertise:

Among others, we took part in the following projects: the development of the Bouliac site (Urban Community of Bordeaux, France), the development of the Riverside Wuchang business district (Wuhan, China) and the Grand Conakry Vision 2040 study (Guinea).

Urban mobility and transport organization

Yann Martineau was involved from 2008 to 2012 in the multimodal study and the Tisséo smtc (Toulouse) bus, tram and metro projects. ORYZHOM took part in the global and functional mobility study in a project territory within the Rhône-Alpes region. We also wrote the terms of reference for various mobility studies of the URBAYITI program in Port-au-Prince (Haiti).

Land use planning and development dynamics

Between 2010 and 2018, we acquired in-depth knowledge of Haiti and its realities (development strategy for the North / North-East, investment program of the Center-Artibonite loop, development and cadastre of the municipality of Camp Perrin, Grand Sud development plan).

Socio-economic and environmental assessments, mapping and calculation of various indicators

We took part in the development of the Rural Access Index by the Haitian Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communication (development of the methodology and training of engineers of the MTPTC) and in the mapping of administrative boundaries of 20 Haitian municipalities (CIAT).
